Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The BrieflyLab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The BrieflyLab, a division of Altersoft Group.

Description of Services

The BrieflyLab provides digital authority infrastructure services specifically designed for legal professionals. Our services include video production, content structuring, institutional digital representation, and authority positioning tools. All services are provided under human supervision and final attorney approval.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content submitted through the platform complies with applicable legal advertising rules and professional conduct standards. Clients must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, and notify The BrieflyLab immediately of any unauthorized access to their account.

Intellectual Property

All content created through The BrieflyLab platform remains the intellectual property of the client. The BrieflyLab retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology. Clients grant The BrieflyLab a limited license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are responsible for maintaining current payment information. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

The BrieflyLab provides services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results that may be obtained from using our services. In no event shall The BrieflyLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Compliance with Legal Advertising Rules

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all content produced through The BrieflyLab complies with applicable state bar rules, legal advertising regulations, and professional conduct standards. The BrieflyLab does not provide legal advice and does not assume responsibility for regulatory compliance.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients will retain access to all content created during the service period. The BrieflyLab reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Altersoft Group operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
